We begin with an initial meeting to define the research topic, scope, type of materials, budget, and timeline in detail. If needed, we also propose a customized consulting approach tailored to the researcher's goals and background.
Step 2: Literature Search and Analysis
We systematically gather relevant resources using professional databases, academic libraries, and local archives in France. Collected materials are classified and analyzed according to the research objectives and delivered to the researcher as a curated list.
Step 3: Selection of Materials and Table of Contents Delivery
We provide translated tables of contents for some or all of the materials selected by the researcher. If needed, we offer support during the selection process and can accommodate additional requests for resources.
Step 4: Summary Report Preparation and Delivery
We analyze the key content, arguments, and references of the selected materials and prepare a summary report. This report is creatively written based on the consultant's analysis and interpretation, rather than simple translation, and does not infringe on the intellectual property of the original documents. Full-text delivery is restricted; only excerpts allowed under French law for non-commercial use (such as research or education) are provided. During the follow-up meeting, we also guide the researcher on how to locate original text excerpts suitable for citation.
Step 5: Ongoing Research Support and Consultation
We offer further advice and feedback on source interpretation, thesis writing strategies, and reference organization. We can also assist with structuring content for publications or academic presentations.
